As of November 2, 2021, confirmed cases of Covid-19 from 55 African countries reached 8,501,690 while over 119,875,691 vaccinations have been administered across the continent.

Reported deaths in Africa reached  218,362  and  7,857,063 people have recovered. South Africa has the most reported cases  2,922,222  and  89,179  people died. Other most-affected countries are Morocco (946,283), Tunisia (712,776), Ethiopia (365,372), Libya (357,964), Egypt (331,968) and Kenya (253,339).
